the room was lacking basic essentials like extra towels and the shower could only manage steaming hot or freezing cold water, a true delight. i really thought a paying guest might even get a pillow upgrade, but surprise! also, good luck relaxing with an elevator right next door and all the noise, how charming. i almost gave a good review, but really?

The hotel offers a well-designed pool area that is inviting.
I faced several issues during my stay, including a noisy air conditioning unit in our room, which disrupted my sleep. The bathroom was quite disappointing, lacking adequate counter space, and we had to manage with only an armoire for storage. Additionally, I experienced trouble with cold water pressure during my shower, leading to a somewhat frustrating experience.

OMG, the grilled chicken plate was a total winner! So juicy and packed with flavor, it was definitely a highlight. Plus, the lobby had a cool restaurant vibe, and the pool area looked inviting!
Now, real talk—those bed bites were a bummer. Can you believe I took another chance and ended up with even worse?

Families with children Beware
The staff were nice,, tried to help us out with our issues about the room. When we moved to the executive room, it was way nicer and bigger,, had more space for our things which was a relief.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable, you'd think we'd get more for the price.
